Tempering plant · cooling · environmental control ## From the first question. *To the last detail.* ISO 5–8 cleanrooms: process design, HVAC with HEPA H13/H14 filtration, a 10–15 Pa pressure cascade, IQ/OQ/PQ validation. A 200–500 m² ISO 7 room in 12–20 weeks. Chilled water systems at 7/12 °C, chillers up to several hundred kW, free cooling, hall cooling. Sized from the heat balance and load profile, not from the sum of nameplates. Local exhaust, dust extraction, fumes and VOC, oil mist, ATEX designs. Extraction designed with the air balance of the building, make-up air and heat recovery. Instrumentation and control, PLC/DDC, visualisation and trend logging, Modbus, BACnet, M-Bus and OPC UA integration. Pressure cascade and early-warning alarms in cleanrooms. Inspections twice a year, leak checks every 12/6/3 months, SLA contracts with the response time set separately for each system.
