  • Automotive (400 m² ISO 7 cleanroom for PVB glass lamination): we work under IATF 16949, with BMS data traceability to OEM requirements and the client's NDA from first contact. AQAP (NATO standards) follows a formal logic similar to IATF 16949: full documentation of the process and its parameters.
  • Sterile pharma and healthcare (including a Regional Blood Donation Centre): IQ/OQ/PQ validation, compliance with EU GMP Annex 1, continuous parameter monitoring with 7–10 years of data retention. These validation procedures are structurally identical to defence audit requirements.

For plants with an access regime (NDA, classification) this model solves a structural problem: permanent personnel go through access vetting once, not at every call-out.

Experience in numbers

Under the technical leadership of Marcin Sompoliński, PhD Eng., we have delivered five cleanrooms above 1 000 m², including a flagship 400 m² ISO 7 zone for the automotive industry (glass lamination with PVB film): total airflow above 100 000 m³/h, absorption dehumidifiers of 18 000 m³/h, an 800 kW chiller with capacity reserve and H14 terminal filtration. On top of that, hundreds of HVAC modernisations carried out in operating plants.

The quality standards we work to every day (IATF 16949 for automotive and EU GMP Annex 1 for sterile pharma) are structurally equivalent to the AQAP requirements used in NATO supply chains: traceability, process qualification, control of documents and records. For a plant entering special production this means a contractor who does not learn the quality regime on your project.

Frequently asked questions

Does Clima Line work for the defence industry?

We support production and technology plants with controlled environments: cleanrooms, HVAC, process cooling, humidity control, automation and service. We do not trade in armaments or military equipment; our specialisation is the technical infrastructure of production.

Can you work as a subcontractor to a general contractor?

Yes. We support the investor directly or act as a specialist subcontractor for HVAC, cleanrooms, cooling, ventilation, dehumidification, automation and service, including projects led by general construction contractors.

Do you sign NDAs and how is documentation protected?

Yes. For technology and special production projects we work under a confidentiality agreement, with restricted access to documentation within our own team. Design and as-built documentation remains under the access control agreed with the investor.

Which environmental parameters can be controlled?

Depending on the process: temperature, humidity, overpressure or underpressure, air cleanliness in ISO classes, airflows, equipment operation, alarms and parameter trends, with continuous recording as audit evidence that conditions were maintained.
