Clean Room ISO 7 / Automotive
A 400 m² ISO 7 cleanroom for a new production line: 5 air handling units with a combined airflow above 100 000 m³/h, 18 000 m³/h absorption dehumidifiers, an 800 kW chiller, H14 terminal filtration. Design, installation, automation, commissioning and validation.

HAGS / Powder Coat
Ventilation and fume extraction for a powder coating line: capture at the emission source and an air balance with make-up air supply.

HOBAS / Production hall
Air conditioning and ventilation of a large production hall. At this volume the result depends on supply air distribution and heat recovery, otherwise the cost of heating make-up air eats into the operating budget.

Sputnik
Our own thermal disinfection system for livestock trailers (ASF): above 75 °C for 15–20 minutes throughout the vehicle volume, with an option to run on biogas from the farm's biogas plant.

Clean room / PVB film cutting
A smaller cleanroom for cutting PVB film for laminated glass: wall panels, resin flooring, an airlock with access control; stable temperature and humidity matched to the client's process.

Curing zone
Precise temperature and humidity control in a curing zone: a narrow parameter window held regardless of outdoor conditions.

Glass tempering
Ventilation and cooling of a glass tempering area. The heat balance is dominated by the furnaces: the cooling capacity removes process heat gains and keeps working conditions acceptable for operators.

B1 pre-lamination furnace
The Clima Line B1 furnace for pre-lamination of laminated glass: vacuum, heating, cooling and PLC automation, built for Saint-Gobain.

Air conditioning of a glass pane production room in a glassworks, with stable parameters throughout the hall volume.

RCKIK / Blood donation centre
HVAC system for a Regional Blood Donation and Haemotherapy Centre (RCKiK): air parameters are subject to sanitary requirements, and continuous operation of the installation is a condition for the centre to function.
