Industrial HVAC service 24/7 in Poland

Industrial HVAC service covers periodic inspections, emergency repairs and parameter maintenance of refrigeration, air-conditioning and ventilation installations in continuous operation — with response times fixed by an SLA contract. In industry what matters is not the repair itself but the length of the stoppage: an hour of production downtime usually costs many times more than a year of the service contract.

Scope of service

  • Refrigeration equipment service — chilled water plants, compressors, condensers, evaporators, cold and freezer rooms. Diagnostics, refrigerant top-up, component replacement.
  • Industrial air conditioning service — air handling units, precision cooling, systems serving zones with narrow parameter tolerances.
  • Ventilation and dust extraction service — filter replacement, duct cleaning, performance measurements, regeneration of filtration systems.
  • Emergency repairs — call-out and fault clearance under a 24/7/365 regime, with access to spare parts.
  • F-gas leak checks — statutory inspections with documentation.
  • Cleanroom support — HEPA filter checks, pressure cascade control, requalification support.

Why an inspection is not a cost but an energy bill

Refrigeration and air-conditioning plant loses efficiency gradually and invisibly. A fouled condenser or a small refrigerant loss raises energy consumption long before it causes a breakdown. Regular inspections with parameter measurement catch that drift while it is still cheap to correct.

An SLA contract instead of ad-hoc call-outs

An SLA contract fixes the response time, the scope of preventive work and the cost — instead of negotiating priority during a failure. For plants where a stoppage means real losses, this is the difference between a planned expense and an unplanned one of a different order of magnitude.

How we start working together

We do not quote a service contract from a price list, because without knowing the installation that would be guesswork. The process has three stages:

Step 1 — installation survey. We come on site with a team, document the condition of existing installations, measure operating parameters and identify risks. This stage shows what actually threatens production in the coming season.

Step 2 — preventive analysis. Based on the survey we prepare a report with recommendations: what to replace, what to reinforce and what trends the parameters show. We separate what must be done now from what can be planned for next year.

Step 3 — service model proposal. Preliminary scope and a draft SLA contract — specifically: response time, monitored parameters and cost. The first installation survey is free of charge.

Statutory energy efficiency inspections

Polish law requires periodic energy efficiency assessments of air-conditioning systems above 12 kW and combined systems above 70 kW — details on our page about HVAC energy efficiency inspections in Poland. Building automation meeting specific criteria exempts the facility from these inspections.

Frequently asked questions

What is the response time for a breakdown?

Fixed in the SLA contract and matched to the criticality of the installation — from a few hours for production-critical systems upwards.

Do you service equipment installed by other contractors?

Yes. We start with a survey and, where documentation is missing, reconstruct the settings by measurement.

Do you maintain the documentation required by regulations?

Yes — including F-gas records and inspection protocols required by Polish and EU regulations, available in English.
