I. Processing of personal data
In fulfilment of the obligation under Articles 12–14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you that:

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
a) Purpose of processing: all activities related to the preparation, conclusion, proper performance and termination of contracts.
Period of processing: until the end of the contract and, after that, for other purposes related to the contract, such as the period for securing possible claims.
Legal basis: the Regulation, Article 6(1)(b).
b) Purpose of processing: all activities related to the preparation, conclusion, proper performance and termination of contracts to which you are not a party.
Period of processing: until the end of the contract and, after that, for other purposes related to the contract, such as the period for securing possible claims.
Legal basis: the Regulation, Article 6(1)(f).
c) Purpose of processing: activities carried out on the basis of consents given, including: information about the Controller and its business, marketing via electronic channels and telephone, preparing and sending requested commercial offers, and replies to messages sent via the Controller's website.
Period of processing: until the consents are withdrawn.
Legal basis: the Regulation, Article 6(1)(a). In the cases referred to in point 3(a) and (b), providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the stated purposes. - Sources of personal data
We process personal data obtained directly from you (for example, data entered in forms) as well as data obtained from other publicly available sources, such as the National Court Register (KRS), the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) and the REGON database. - Recipients of personal data
The recipients of your personal data may include:
a) public authorities or entities authorised to request access to or receive personal data under the law,
b) entities to which the Controller has entrusted the processing of personal data under agreements concluded with them, for example accounting offices, law firms, printing houses, courier companies, providers of IT services and other services who process data on the Controller's behalf,
c) entities to which you have consented to your personal data being disclosed and processed. The Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organisation. - Data retention period
Your personal data will be kept for the period of cooperation with you or with the entity you represent and, after that, for the limitation period of claims related to this cooperation or for the period necessary to fulfil obligations imposed by generally applicable law. Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be kept for as long as the consent is valid, that is until it is withdrawn, and after that for the period necessary to fulfil obligations imposed by generally applicable law. - Your rights
You have the right to:
a) request access to your personal data,
b) request rectification of your personal data,
c) request erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data,
d) object to the processing of your personal data,
e) request the transfer of your personal data,
f) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO, formerly the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection). Your personal data will be processed in an automated or partly automated way. However, it will not be used for decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling. - Changes to the policy
The Controller reserves the right to change and update this policy.
II. Cookie policy
Cookies are small text files containing IT data, stored on users' devices and intended for use with websites. Among other things, cookies make it possible to display websites tailored to individual preferences, and they usually contain the address of the website, the storage period on the user's device and a unique identifier.
We use session (temporary) and persistent cookies. Session cookies are stored on the user's device until they log out of the website or close the web browser. Persistent cookies are stored for a defined period, determined by a parameter contained in the cookie file.
We use the information contained in cookies, among other things, to provide the various tools and functions of the website and to collect general statistical data. This allows us to understand how users use the website and to improve its structure and content. We emphasise that personal data collected by means of cookies is encrypted in a way that prevents unauthorised access. Cookies also do not allow the user to be personally identified.
