Manufacturer of pre-lamination furnaces for laminated glass
Clima Line manufactures the B1 Machine — an industrial furnace for the pre-lamination (pre-bonding) of laminated glass, designed for automotive glazing, architectural glass and precision glass processing. The machine combines a multi-stage thermal process with a high-capacity vacuum system and full PLC control.
Why the B1 Machine
- Precise process control — an advanced PLC system with PID regulation and full customisation of process parameters for different product types.
- Multi-stage process — cold evacuation, pre-heating, hot evacuation, then pre-cooling and main cooling, each stage independently controlled.
- Vacuum performance — 900 m³/h capacity with vacuum down to 0.1 mbar abs, delivered by Busch R5 pumps.
- Safety to European standards — protection compliant with ISO 12100 and EN 60204-1: full guarding, E-STOP circuits, light curtains and Festo interlocks.
- Energy efficiency — control strategies that limit energy consumption while maintaining throughput; modular construction allows the machine to be matched to actual production needs.
